Dear Blog again.. Forgotten about you..

It's been quite a while since I written here.. Why? Okok.. A brief run through..

Wednesday
Went off early coz wanted to go shopping.. Wanna get some stuffs for myself and my dear.. So didn't had time to update.. Nothing much happened also.. Oh ya went party at Tivoli.. But went back early coz didn't have the mood to enjoy.. Too much things on my mind.. Saw a long and beautiful northern light on my way back to dormitary..

Thursday
Went to school again.. But left early coz we had Activity Day for International Students.. Nice nice.. Did Ice Skating.. The last time I did was ehh.. Maybe 8 years ago or more.. This was my 2nd time skating.. Was quite fun.. Fell a few times as usual.. Then later tried the snow ehh.. Don't know what is it called.. Juz sit on something then slide down.. Butt pain sia coz I tried a very steep one.. Then also play snow soccer.. The different between snow and beach soccer is.. Instead of sand.. It's snow and much softer and COLD.. Then had a little barberque.. Stayed a while only coz my toes were frozen coz play snow soccer and walked across the river.. So snow went inside my shoes.. While walking back.. Felt the pain so I ran back.. It was painful but then blood circulate more so can feel my toes again after a while.. Was a short run coz still had sausages in my stomach.. Haha.. Went back then made dinner.. Nice and sumptous dinner.. Pasta with sauce.. As usual.. But definately much better than the ones they served in Singapore.. Much better than Pasta Mania also.. I will do it when I get back.. Remember to ask from me..

Today
Sent a mail to dear.. Hope she like it and hope that she will receive soon too.. Finish my slides for next monday's presentation of Singapore to the International Students.. A lot of pics so have 125 slides.. Hope won't take too much time..

Whole day in School

Haha.. Yeah.. Back in school.. Cleared my 67 mails.. Yeah.. Juz one week I have 107 mails but then about 40 bulk mails.. Then most INTSC mails also.. So happening eh.. Many events coming up.. Those reading.. Go for the events.. Haha.. Anyway, was researching for some Singapore information and pictures for next Monday's presentation.. Have to present Singapore to the International Students and Finnish Students.. Excited? Scared? Haha.. Not really.. Used to do presentation in front of many people liao.. Trained le.. Juz hope to get more facts and pictures so that I can show how beautiful Singapore is so they will come and visit me next time.. Haha.. I think most come here will suffer.. No chewing gums, no smoking in most areas, the hot and humid climate, the different culture, the spicy food.. Haha.. So many things.. But definately will be interesting to them like how I discovered all the weird weird things of Europeans.. Really opened my eyes.. From staying here in Rovaniemi to travelling to Tallinn.. Everything is so interesting and new and really will stay inside my memory forever..

Anyway a interesting fact:
Singlish, a Singaporean patois mixing English with the odd phrase of Chinese, Malay and even Tamil, has two entries - lah and sinseh - in the online version of the Oxford English Dictionary.

I didn't know about this till I surfed around.. Must use some Singlish now sia.. Buay tahan liao.. Really miss the times I use "lar".. Now relacing in 1 corner n bo chap about my project.. C++ really chim lorz.. Read till blur blur.. Haha..

Wahaha.. I think I too xiao (crazy) le.. Anyway another interesting fact.. I fell 7 times so far.. In 3 cities.. In Rovaniemi (4 times), Helsinki (2 times) and Tallinn (1 time).. In the days to come.. The temperature will be positive.. Die larz.. Sure slip more times.. Sigh.. Need some bum protection or bum massage soon..

02/03/04 - Had a Hair Cut, Left Tallin at evening, Spent a night in Helsinki

07/03/04 - Had a bad hangover
08/03/04 - Back in school

Finally.. I'm back.. Ehh on Friday night.. Was a Wonderful, interesting, fun but tiring trip.. We left on Friday night 27/02/04.. Took a night train to Helsinki.. Was a 12 hrs ride.. Painful ass and back.. Went with Remi, Lilu, Lis & Kati.. Reached at 8.40am. Went for a coffee at some cafe then went to the harbour to take a cruise to Tallinn, Estonia.. Was a 3 hrs ride.. Quite nice.. But was too tired.. Reached Tallinn and met up with the rest.. Thorsten, Thomas, Mae, Victor and Krisztian.. Went for some sight seeing at the old town of Tallinn.. Really nice place to visit.. The old buildings and churches.. Had Dinner at a Greek Restaurant.. Then later stayed in the hotel.. Really nice hotel.. The bed.. Arhhhhhh.. Miss there a lot.. Then coz the alcohol was so cheap that almost everyone bought a bottle of alcohol.. Later wanted to go party but then in the end we all had some miscommunication then we lost each other so I went back to had a good rest.. The next morning 29/02/04, we did more sight seeing before leaving to Riga.. At the border, I was stopped and I had to return back to Tallinn.. So Shitty.. I need to have a visa to enter.. Don't understand why I need if I'm juz travelling for 2 days.. Sigh.. Felt so bad coz everyone came down with me juz to accompany me.. Really great friends I have indeed.. Really will remember this leap year forever.. In the end they waited at the border for 7 hrs coz most wanted to go to Riga.. So Lis and Lilu accompanied me back to Tallinn.. Spent another night before we went sight seeing again.. And really sight seeing.. Really discover a lot of nice places in Tallinn.. Really beautiful place to visit.. Then the next day I went for a haircut.. After styling the hair.. Really look like Asian mafia sia.. A bit jappie look too.. But now I dun really know how to style it again le.. Haha.. Maybe someday when I'm free I will style.. Then back in Helsinki and stayed in Eurohostel.. It was then I miss the hotel rooms in Tallinn.. Haha.. Went around Helsinki the next day.. We were joined by Veronika.. Then stayed in her Czech friend dormitary for 2 more nights before I left.. Helsinki is nice too.. But I was too tired so I left 1st.. Took a day train alone.. Boring ahz.. But nvm coz I needed time to be alone too.. Too many things happened too.. Tired le.. Will update more tomorrow.. Take care People.. Oh ya.. My dear passed her driving le!!! So happy for her.. Muackz..
