Doing Nothing again.. Don't think will update my blog again till Next Monday
Heyo people.. Yeah.. Again another relaxing day doing nothing except in the internet.. But then next 2 to 3 days I will be going to a site near town to do some snow construction.. Ya.. Might include Sunday too.. No waking up late.. But then should be quite fun.. Doing some "building" structure for some competition held here annually.. Cool.. Or rather COLD.. That's why I am getting some warmer gloves and cap and coat juz in case I freeze.. Imagine 10 hours in the snow.. Digging and arranging the snow.. Brrrr.. I think my hands and legs will go numb.. I become so numb I can't feel you.. Haha.. Taken from Linkin Park - Numb.. Hopefully the temperature won't go below -15.. Will take some pics so don't worry.. I'm posting now juz in case later got project discussion so can't post...

It's a Wednesday
Yeah.. The middle of the weekdays.. Normally will look forward for the weekend coz can slp more.. But not this week.. Having Snow Construction this weekend too.. Yeah.. Building snow "building".. SO looking forward to it.. Like playing snow.. Hee.. But then cannot pway pway coz this is for a competition held annually here.. Will take some pics for u pple to view.. Juz now I had the longest Theory lesson ever.. About 4 hours.. Yeah.. Crazy rite? It's software engineering.. Studying UML again.. Arghh.. Don't know why I took it in the 1st place.. Anyway.. Lessons here are great.. Every lesson there is a short break.. So you won't get bored or anything.. And the students here have the rights to complain about the teacher and the teacher will get fired immediately/a few weeks.. Being a student here is relax I guess.. Trying to learn the "Finnish" way now.. Maybe the "European" way coz almost.. almost the same.. Anyway Happy Birthday Everyone.. It's Ren Ri back in Singapore.. Missing the Lau-ing Yu Sheng.. Sob... :~(

Finally.. I have time to update my blog..
Haha.. Been enjoying for the past few days.. Here's a brief summary of what happened last week since thurs..
Friday
Where did I went? Oh ya.. The peer consellors brought us around the city.. Haha.. Although I've been there for quite a few times.. Lunch we had pizza buffet at Goldenrax.. Serves good pizzas and chicken wings~!!! Finally tasting some good food.. Cost about 7 Euros so about ehh S$15.. But is quite cheap compared to other food I took.. Finland is expensive.. Haha.. Then we stayed to watch some Rally.. Some vintage old cars.. They have this rally every year.. Took some pics.. Can view in the Ting @ Rovaniemi photo album.. Then in the night.. Partying.. Oh My God.. Just the 1st weekend and they are doing that.. Really wondering how's the coming weekends gonna be.. It is also kinda celebrating Victor's Birthday.. A spanish guy turning 28.. Drunk quite a few different types of alcohols.. A lot of Wolka.. I tot was Volka.. Haha.. Alcohol from all kind of countries.. Hungary's Wolka, France's Rum, Spain's Red Wine, Russian Wolka, Finnish Wolka.. I don't know if I missed out any types.. Juz a lot.. Can't do much to reject.. They will say.. You tried before my country's alcohol? Come come.. I pour you some.. Haha.. Trying to be polite I have to taste.. Then in singapore we use "DA" to drink finish in 1 gulp.. I learned the Austrian way.. "EX".. Hungarian way.. "ASHX" Haha.. I don't know how to spell actually.. Then you can really see who is drunk.. Almost all almost drunk.. Or at least high.. Slept late at about 2.30am...
Saturday
Hmm.. Woke up quite late at 1130am.. Was intending wake up at 11am so we can go gym at 1130am coz the gym opens at 12 noon.. In the end we left at 1230pm.. Bernhard, Thomas, Christoph, Robin and me went.. Walk as usual about 40 mins to town then went gym.. Then go swimming.. The swimming pool is like juz 5 Degrees Celsius.. So so so so cold.. Then tried out the sauna.. It's Finnish favourite.. Do you know.. There's about 5 million people in Finland.. and there's about 3 million saunas around.. That's a lot.. And they usually do it naked.. And they will make the suana so so so so hot.. Then later either will jump into the snow for 2 seconds or real cold water for 1 min.. It is to have better resistence against the cold weather here.. After exercise we went to a pizza place (yeah pizza again).. Had a "normal" pizza for 6 Euros so is about S$13.. The size is actually large in Singapore.. So is quite cheap.. We didn't know it will be so so so huge.. So we had 1 each.. I finished the whole "normal" pizza.. FILLING~!!! 1st time I did that.. And I will NOT try it again.. Then again at night.. Party at the dormitary 1st then we proceed to a club which i forget what's the name.. Not really nice.. Something like Zouk.. But smaller.. Oh ya we took a cab there n cab back.. The journey is juz about less than 5 mins and it cost about 25 Euros To and Back.. But the taxi is huge.. Can take about 9 - 10 passengers.. Went back and had supper.. Heehee...
Sunday
Woke up late.. Did nothing much other than doing the laundry.. Learnt some German/Austrian card game.. Something like hearts and Bridge combined card game.. Then ermm chat n chat as usual with my dormitary mates.. Juz in case you wondering who? It's Robin from Singapore, Thomas and Bernhard from Austria, Krisztian from Hungary and Adam from USA..
Monday
Had my 1st lesson.. Finnish language.. Can die ahz.. Don't understand a lot and definately I can't remember any words except for Kiitos which means Thank You.. Then the next lesson is Intercultural Communication.. Quite fun coz we get to learn everyone's culture.. I have to present Singapore to them soon.. Haha.. Seems interesting..
That's about all.. Oh ya I juz had Ice and Snow Construction juz now.. Quite interesting for the practical coz we are going to help build a "building" using snow for a competition held here.. Hope to get some pictures to upload for u guys to see..
